Rick Driscoll - Director
Rick has over 30 years experience in the civil construction industry. Prior to establishing his own road construction company in 1994 (with his business partner Terry Sexton), Rick worked for VicRoads for 17 years in the materials laboratory and in project management. Rick and Terry purchased Sovereign Concrete Products in 2001.
Laurie McKenna - General Manager
Laurie has a degree in Civil Engineering and over 20 years experience in the precast concrete and civil construction industries. Laurie has worked for a number of the larger construction companies building bridges, freeways and a water treatment plant. Laurie has been with Sovereign Concrete since 1998 and is a key source of engineering advice.

Production Manager Barry has over 40 years experience in the manufacturing industry with the last 20 years in production management. Barry comes from an automotive components background with a high emphasis on quality control. He commenced with Sovereign Concrete Products in January 2007.
Robert Downey
Robert Downey is the Senior Estimator for Sovereign Concrete.
The Ballarat Crew
The workforce at Ballarat is a blend of highly skilled labourers, concrete finishers, tradesmen and apprentices. The group includes a number of long term employees with over 20 years service and experience at Sovereign Concrete Products.
Ballarat Office
Bianca Dowell, Tricia Curran, Mark Border, Steven Dunmill, Rob Downey, James Keeble and Len Waddell. Office Manager Tricia Curran and her team provide the administrative support, Mark and Steven are responsible for purchasing and transport services, and Rob Downey and his engineering team manage the precast pit section of the business.
